Employer Services, Plus - Criminal History

OKLAHOMA CRIMINAL HISTORY (OSBI) – a search of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation files that reflects a person’s arrests and convictions. This search only pertains to the state of Oklahoma and includes both felony and misdemeanor charges.

CRIMINAL HISTORY (County) – County level criminal searches throughout the United States. Searches are performed onsite by court researchers.

CRIMINAL HISTORY (Statewide) – Searches utilize county level information (with the exception of states who utilize a repository database search). A county level search is conducted in all necessary courts for statewide coverage. Searches will show all felony or misdemeanor filings as maintained within each court.
